Maria Torres is a Puerto Rican professional golfer from Trujillo Alto who played collegiate golf at the University of Florida before joining the LPGA Tour in 2018, becoming the first golfer from Puerto Rico to earn full LPGA Tour membership. Her achievements include winning the 2016 SEC Golfer of the Year award, setting scoring records at Florida, representing Puerto Rico at the Tokyo Olympics, and capturing the 2022 Guardian Championship on the Epson Tour. Torres is known to favor a setup featuring Ping woods, Srixon irons, Cleveland wedges, and a L.A.B. Golf putter in her current bag.
