Nick Bienz is a pro golfer who competed in the 2024 Rocket Mortgage Classic. What makes his story notable is that his day job is at Golf Galaxy and he had zero pro starts at PGA Tour sanctioned events before he earned a spot through the Monday qualifier. After his qualifier, he was pounding beers to calm his nerves before he learned he had to get back out there for a 5-to-4 playoff.
