Austin Smotherman is an American professional golfer from Loomis, California who played college golf at SMU alongside future star Bryson DeChambeau before turning professional in 2016. He has won multiple times on the Korn Ferry Tour, including the 2021 Simmons Bank Open and the 2025 Memorial Health Championship, and has used those results to secure PGA Tour status in recent seasons. Smotherman reached a career-high Official World Golf Ranking of 84th in May 2026.
