Michael Thompson is an American professional golfer from Tucson, Arizona who played collegiately at Tulane before finishing his career at the University of Alabama. He turned pro in 2008 and has two PGA Tour wins, the 2013 Honda Classic and the 2020 3M Open, plus a runner-up finish at the 2012 U.S. Open. Thompson is a Ping staffer who plays Ping’s G430/G440 fairway woods, Blueprint T irons, and s259 wedges.
